Amanda Graduates!

Amanda! We are so proud of you. We are sad and sorry we had to miss your graduation, but if it makes you feel better, I have never seen pictures of such a beautiful girl in my life. You look wonderful in your white valedictorian gown you worked so hard for, and I know that Mom and Dad are so proud of you. Thank you for being such a fantastic little sister, and such an incredible example. I know Lizzie is going to miss you so much when you come up here to BYU, but I also know that you are her hero. She loves you so much; we all do. Way to go Mookie!

A proud Mommy!

Silly girls: Erica,  you are almost there honey!

Two sisters, Nat and I wish we were there girls!

Little miss valedictorian (if thats even how you spell it)

Family Trippin'

We had the fantastic opportunity to go to Israel and Jordan with Kati's family earlier this summer - what an experience! I am sure we will have plenty of pictures and other things to post to the blog about this, once we get a little organized, but for now I just wanted to share a fun little movie clip from our trip.....

It's about Blogging Time

So Kati and I have long resisted, or failed to realize, the value available to us in a blog. However as Kati continues here carer in photography and my experiences with the my new internet start-up, we have come to recognize how important blogging can be. Se we have finally conceded to the almighty blog - we are ready to join the 21st century, and here we are with our first official family Blog.

We have started this blog as a place to talk about our family and other personal topics that are really only meant for family and friends. We have each started our own personal blogs which deal more with our professional lives and are intended for a larger audience, but we wanted a place to share things that we don't necessarily want the rest of the world reading. We hope you will check our other blogs often as well, Kati's photography blog and Ian's blog on entrepreneurship and technology.

Talk to you soon!
